Announcements:

  • PreK Applications are still being accepted.  Please bring your completed application to Alfano's Main Office.  Applications are available on all school websites and the CI Public Library.  
  • Spring Recess:  March 29 – April 2
  • Scholastic Virtual Book Fair:  March 15 – April 8
  • April 12 – Hybrid Students return Monday - Thursday in Prek - 6 Grades
  • April 19 – April 29:  NYS ELA Tests Grades 3 – 6 
  • April 28 – April 30:  Virtual Trip to The Long Island Aquarium 
  • April 28 at 6pm:  Parent Informational Meeting.   Click Here to join the meeting. 
  • Reminder:  Please read with your child every night.

Welcome to April!   Throughout the month, check out our school website to see what is happening at Alfano.  We have our Monthly Newsletter and Monthly Informational Parent Meetings to keep you informed.  We will post photos of recent events monthly. This month, we will have a virtual field trip to The Long Island Aquarium for all grades (Hybrid and Virtual) to enjoy!
